I may be wrong don’t think Fauci has any power as an adviser so he can only make recommendations, but Trump refuses to listen to him. Fauci isn’t ultimately in charge of the pandemic response, Trump is. He’s just Trump’s advisor. We were doomed from the beginning of this crisis.
