There’s so much room for miscommunication when it comes to something as sensitive as mental health. Hope they work out for you! Keep trying, please. It’s very possible. I am sorry that you have been unlucky so far. We desperately need to stop the stigma of mental health. A good portion of people are too afraid to put their pride aside and go talk to a specialist and they just decide to take it into their own hands. I appreciate your caring. I have an appointment lined up for next week and am reaching out to other therapists since that therapist has some mixed reviews.

Again, just wanted a Funny Santa Claus May All Your Miles Be Merry Vintage Shirts to say thanks for the encouraging words. I’ve personally been seeing a counselor since I was 18. Just recently I felt the stress was too high with corona and all the bull so I got back in touch with my go-to guy over zoom. My recommendation: skip the meds. Mental health is a relatively new field of study and the prescriptions feel like they are throwing darts. Again, this is my personal experience so make your own decisions. However, I’d strongly advise against drugs. Check out a book called “the depression cure” and while it didn’t fix me it helped.

I wanted the shirt to be baggy so I ordered a 2XL. Good thing, because an xl would not have fit. The pattern and colors are wonderful, but the the cut runs small even through the shoulders and arms.
