Would you happen to have a recipe for the Flæskesteg? I looked online and can only seem to find ones with loin roasts, and not the belly. Here you go. It’s dead easy. I’d cut and salt the pork at least a couple of hours in advance instead of just. Before cooking as they do it in the recipe for the same reasons you do it with steaks. I should add that flæskesteg is a skin on pork roast, usually from the back.

Light weight , slightly see-thru ( which I like ) , the thinner the better, especially for warm climates ( like Mexico) that I visit . So…that says it all , it’s a great shirt .
